WHAT WE DO

Analysis, IMPLEMENTATION & PERPETUATION

Our programmes are delivered through hands-on implementation; with our consultants at the front line with all levels of personnel and their management in Acute, Provider, or Commissioning Services. As well as delivering results specific to each of the departments and disciplines, the improvements delivered in our programmes have a direct effect on the whole patient process, giving the opportunity to increase significantly the service level afforded to patients in terms of reduced waiting lists and waiting times for clinical services.

Where we undertake an analysis at our own cost, we will only propose to undertake a programme if, in the course of our analysis, we establish that we can get you, the client:

At least a 250% return on your investment within 1 year after project completion.
At least 60% of your investment while we are still on the project.

Analysis

At our cost we undertake an analysis in partnership with staff to identify key areas where sustainable, measurable and meaningful change can be implemented.

IMPLEMENTATION

We commence the project immediately post presentation of the proposal and work in hands-on partnership to implement the sustainable change required to deliver the impactful outcomes laid out in the proposal.

PERPETUATION

Meridian builds long term relationships with our clients that extend beyond project implementation. Our mission is to change the way the world perceives healthcare and, to do so, it is essential to ensure the sustainability of the changes we help our clients to implement. Top management must be able to monitor and measure the ongoing success of these implementations to provide transparency and assurance that the optimal ongoing operational efficiency is being achieved. Our regular review processes provide this safety net and also opportunities to seek additional gains in other areas.
