Corporate Services Improvement Programme

Meridian identified opportunities focused on processes, workload duplication and actions that do not add value, yet have been perpetuated habitually and impact on the capacity of different Corporate Directorates.

Corporate Services (Finance Department) Improvement Programme

The programme covered the operations of the finance department and focused on identifying and agreeing what constituted ‘core’ and ‘non-core’ activities, installing role-specific management expectations and developing tools to track against KPIs.
